We have partnered with a small window and eaves cleaning business, who are on a mission to help those who have invested a great deal into their homes while keeping the exterior of the property in good clean condition, while upholding professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results. The Problem
Their presence on the natural Google listings was not as strong as they would have liked, despite investing hours into optimising their website themselves. You can see on the image below that they did generate a steady amount of traffic. Howerver, they were still losing those top-position clicks to their competitors, and not getting the enquiries they needed from their traffic.

With a reduction of organic traffic, there was a need to rely on the likes of Google ads to generate traffic, there is a lot of search potential for the services, combined with the range of locations our client could service, so there is a need to reduce the spend on paid traffic, by increasing the results from organic traffic.
The solution
Since our client had spent a fair few hours optimising the website themselves, the website itself was already in a fantastic position when we took over. There were just a few dots that needed connecting to start seeing that boost in traffic.
We started off with producing an organic content strategy that heavily focused on feeding topical authority towards keywords that were going to give us the quality traffic needed (for example, targeting search terms that people would be searching when ready to buy), to increase form submissions/enquiries.
There was also consideration for the call to action on the website. We had to make sure that when people were visiting, it was really easy for them to get in touch, either by phone or a simple enquiry form, on every service and location page.
Tieing our organic search and lead tracking strategy, we saw some fantastic results.
Results
Our client is ranking well and receiving traffic from organic Google searches for their main services, and from all of the locations they serve.
Using our organic growth system, we successfully attracted new “ready-to-buy” website traffic over the past 3 months, but more importantly, there has been a large increase in enquiries (conversions) giving them a huge 847 enquiries from only 1400 visits.

This has resulted in our client being fully booked for over 2 months in advance, with an ongoing steady stream of natural traffic and enquiries coming in, with less reliance on Google Ad spend.
